Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At Punam Pickle Store, please note that returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered.

Refund Policy: Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • If a product is out of stock after the payment has been completed.
  • If the product arrives damaged. Customers may be requested to provide a photo of the damaged item.
  • If the product is lost during transit and the delivery remains incomplete.

Order Cancellation: Punam Pickle Store reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. We may also request additional information to process your order. In the event of cancellation, whether partially or fully, you will be informed. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
